This is our service activity for Term 3. We are fundraising to replace our aging septic system at the hall – dirty business but very important!

Girls and parents needed to help with Bunnings Fundraiser BBQ.

VOLUNTEERS:

7:30-9:00 – Beckers family, Treloar family

9:00-11:30 – Benn family

11:30-1:00 – Anstee family

1:00-2:30 – McMahon family + Elliott family

2:30-4:30 – Moen family + Della family

More helpers welcome – then you could do shorter shifts!

We need 2-4 people needed per shift. Girls can’t cook on the BBQ but can do other roles, including:
- handle money
- serve drinks
- serve food

Cherie will do preparation on Saturday and initial setup but is not available on Sunday.

Joey must stay all day as someone who has attended information session needs to be in attendance at all times during the day.

Girls must wear Guide shirt with navy or black jeans or shorts. Everyone must wear enclosed shoes. Byo apron if you have one.
